Team Scott is revealed. A few surprises, but nothing truly shocking compared to what we have seen already.





Ok, Domino completes the picture for Storm's team, but look closely at Scott. Looks like he didn't walk away unscathed.

Shaw is a pragmatist and a realist. If he feels that Utopia is the best place to be, that's where he'll be.

He's also a powerful mutant, rich, politically influential and owns a multinational conglomerate. Better to have him onside, surely?

But letting him hang out with the youngest group of current mutants, the most impressionable and manipulated? That can't be smart.

It's better to have him where they can see him, on their home turf, with a powerful, ruthless telepath like Emma, who knows him well, and probably knows how, if necessary, to keep him in check.

But he was already taken care of. Emma very recently erased his entire mind and abandoned him in mainland China. He was no longer a threat.

If the Lights get Shaw his memories back it just cannot be a good idea to let him spend any amount of time with Hope and the Lights, he'll manipulate them, he'll manipulate her.

And Hope is likely to like prefer Shaw to Emma. Hope already doesn't like Emma very much, and the Lights will all do what Hope tells them to. And when they see what Emma's done to him, they'll trust Emma even less.
