Especially when it fails to penetrate the skull. Like I always say:sometimes bullets fail. Like the 7 year old girl who was shot 7 times, she's still kicking, none the worse for it. Mostly it depends on where the energy of the bullet is expelled, if it is all used up trying to get through a helmet and your skull, you might be alright, if it's all used inside, bouncing off the back of your skull, you are toast.
