Awesome! Glad to hear you're enjoying it. The closest thing I had to a comics class back in the day was the storyboarding class I had, which one of our last projects was to draw a three page comic. All I have to say is that comicbook artists do have MAD patience cause I barely survived three pages and not even half the details.

i said i would post weekly on tumblr about it, but i am like four weeks behind.

If it's any consolation, I am three weeks behind a Huntress history post on my Huntress DCnU blog, and that's because I've been busy as hell in addition to procrastinating on the weekends. Still, I hope you had fun in Vegas at least! :)
