Well, Dex-Starr does wear his Red Lantern Ring on his tail.

And there was Mogo, who wore it... somewhere.

I've always assumed the green band around his equator was his ring.

It would have been a damned big ring.

I think, at some point (SCW, IIRC) they mention that Mogo's ring is in his core.
