Two scammers run a phony travel agency where, after their sending their customers on vacation, they visit their homes and rob them blind. Their new tenant is a T. Charles Kingman, who lives in an old estate.

I always did get a little giggle out of this particular story. Also, am I the only one who kind of wanted to see them make it into an episode while "Tales from the Crypt" was still making new episodes?

Actually this episode was adapted for the animated (and mild in violence) version of Tales of the Crypt back in the 90s (I think it was the first episode). Instead of been scammers, the intruders were a pair of nasty boys. Nevertheless, I would also want to see this episode been done in live action.

You have mine eternal gratitude for posting this story, CyberGhostFace, since it is one of my favorite chapters from the Crypt Keeper.

This story has it all : Horror, Comedy, Chaos and a Prototype of the Liefeld Smile (as seen on the panel where one scammer grins). Kudos to the scammers for surviving hordes of Zombies, Vampires, Werewolves and Mummies if we consider the survival rate on EC Comics.
