Tiny Titans is the best book DC published. Bar none. Baltasar & Franco get the characters in a way the writers in the regular DCU don't (and its not just a Tiny Titans thing - their run on the Johnny DC Shazam book with Mike Norton was probably the best the Marvel Family has been written - sans Jeff Smith - in decades).

It doesn't hurt that a lot of characters DC has cruelly (and lamely) killed off like Kid Devil, Pantha and even the female Hawk (who was only around for a few issues) get a second life in TT.

And Tiny Cassandra is the cutest. She really gets into the whole scary Bat thing. I notice she doesn't do that in the few times we've seen her minus mask.
