Yup, that's Whiz Kid, and he was significantly younger than the Rictor and Boomer.

Also, Rictor and Boom Boom were about the same age as/younger than the New Mutants. And Cannonball is supposedly 21. (Goddamned sliding timescale)

So Taki would still probably be young enough to go to high school.

Of course Leech and Artie will never grow old now, what with them now being in the same class as Franklin Richards.
