	Yeah, it was Harold. Hush used his unspecific surgical skills to cure his hunchback, facelumps and muteness, as well as restored him to average height, apparently. Though if it was that easy to cure him, you have to ask whether Bruce could have just paid someone else of Elliot's calibre to do it for him.
