Oh good, they are still dragging the whole Namor and Emma thing out. As I said in a post a few weeks ago, I am so sick of Namor following Emma around like a pathetic little puppy dog begging for some sex. You know, the whole thing might have been interesting if any of the past issues of Uncanny made it seems like Emma was interested. But they haven't. That one issue during Fear Itself had Namor just show up and be like, "We're probably going to die, I've come to have sex with you" and Emma was just like, "Dude, I'm with Scott, GTFO" and then Namor started spouting some nonesense about how Scott doesn't love her because he "married the red head" but hasn't married Emma. I swear, if THAT is what makes Emma come to Namor, it will be the stupidest thing ever. And the sad thing is, I like Namor and I like Emma. But I hate them together.
Rant aside, I really don't have much interest in this book. Sure, this team has all the power houses, but honestly I've gotten more and more tired of Cyclops over the years with what he has become and all of my favorite characters (except for Storm) are over on Wolverine's team. I might still have to pick up some issues since Sinister is one of my favorite villians, but aside from that, the team just makes me go "meh".
Oh, and look, Land is still going to be doing art on it. Yet another reason not to pick it up. :p
