Date: 2011-11-10 04:12 pm (UTC)Ystin in particular is interesting...part of me would like to see at some point her accept that she doesn't need to mascarade to be a knight, but then I wonder if that takes away what makes her unique. This may be one time where feminist enlightment might take away a bit from a female character.
And I just thought of something--Cornell has said that this book has a lot of connections with Stormwatch, and at some point we'll see a Century Baby. Ystin says, "I've lived a long time, but I can be killed. I know I can." What if it's her?
