It is still possible that the Karen Starr in Mr. Terrific is still the Earth-2 Power Girl. Or at least it was hinted with Huntress having a story connections to the book as well as Earth-2 JSA.

And I think eliminating CoIE is a mistake. Characters like Anti-Monitor were a big part of the GL stories recently and they kept continuity.

I guess we'll find out soon enough what the changes and non-changes are.
