A) They do have experience and the costs of using certain rings (Hence them being pissed when Hal Gave Kyle the Blue Ring and Jon the Indigo

B) Isn't the White Ring "Life", not "the combined other rings".

The White Ring is technically all of them combined. Indigo-1 even seemed to say as much in Blackest Night saying that the white light was splintered into the individual lights we know today like a prism splits white light.

A) actually that was Sayd. and he was upset because the compassion ring was "I'll suited to" Jon, and Kyle was not "Ready" for a blue ring.

Yes, which suggests to me that there is usually one ring (.."to rule them all, one ring to bind them'.... sorry) suited to a human, two (even if the second is the second predominant emotion) is very tricky indeed, and seven should by rights be pretty much impossible.

Being a single ring probably makes it easier to tap into than using the separate rings and Boston was more controlled by his ring than he was harnessing it.

Really the question here is how the fuck has it taken until now for Kyle to tell the Guardians to fuck off and how is there anyone in the entire fucking universe who isn't 100% with him on this?

Like is there some point since Rebirth that the Guardians haven't obviously been a bunch of psychotic fascist supervillains? How is Kyle not just calling up like every single superhero in the universe and being like "So hey guys the Guardians are just obviously supervillains, get over here and help me take them down" and then every single other superhero in the universe goes like "yeah those guys are pretty much just crazy-ass evil Imma be right there and help you stop those space-nazi fuckers 4eva."

I think there was a time when the Guardians were a lot more enigmatic about it. They've gotten way too much facetime.

Huh. The green lantern ring is the only one whose symbol goes outside its circle. I wonder if that has any significance.

Kyle's ring has always been like that. Guy's too.

That's just the design of Kyle's specific ring. Symbol in the circle seems to be the default for all the corps, but a few GLs have the outside kind. The ring Ganthet originally gave Kyle was a symbol-outside type, and that's more or less been consistent for him ever since, barring artist errors and whatnot.

When I first saw that page and started to pan down I was totally hoping the entire seven-symbol sequence would be represented in descent down his torso as appropriate to the area (generally speaking, since I don't know the chakra points/meanings), and tried to imagine which one would go on the crotch.

Red: "The hammer is my penis."
Orange: "My penis wants ALL the things!" /HyperboleAndAHalf
Yellow: "Back into the torso, boys!"

The other colors weren't all that entertaining.
