Huntress #3

So do you remember Helena's team-up with Catwoman in the post-Crisis continuity, where Selina basically left the security dogs to chase after Helena so she could focus on bypassing a complex security system? Well, I think Helena finally found a solution to that problem in Huntress #3!

And damn, there were so many good scenes in this issue, 4 pages doesn't even begin to do it justice. On the bright side though, I think Levitz finally dropped our first "official hint" on Helena in this issue. I promise it's a very *subtle* one. I think. Maybe.

Anyway, moving on...

Helena still doesn't like giving out her name. Then again, I wouldn't either in my working clothes...especially not to a guy who calls himself "The Lion of Kufra."



Eep! Can't wait for #4. Especially #4. ;)

Now to wait on Birds of Prey later this month. :}

Everyone knows that blunt objects are 100% nonlethal, the same way that punches in the head never cause permanent brain damage and cracked ribs cause pain which is massive but nonetheless in no way inhibits heroic feats and then they're healed after a couple of days.

The same way getting shot in the shoulder in no way shatters your humeral head, scapula, and clavicle, much less severs the nerves in your brachial plexus, rendering your arm paralyzed and useless.

Nope, all shoulder wounds do is piss the hero off and give him a cool bloodstain on his/her shirt.
