	Same with my school, but even so I get the feeling nobody would get away with wearing 'em that short. Although there's a school around the corner from me that's only recently started admitting girls, and their skirts are bordering on ankle-length. They look so horrible, I feel a bit sorry for them. It's skirting the line (if you forgive the pun), it's not like they're being blatant, with Steph and the other girl being in their underwear, and the other girls wearing latex dominatrix outfits, but I can certainly understand why other people find this scene problematic or uncomfortable.

And as someone pointed out, showing a black girl with a noose around her neck is just...ew.

	I think it would racist to exclude specific races from a situation like that. I kind sort of see where you're coming from, but I guess I just don't see skin colors like others do. Everyone just looks the same to me. (multiracial family) (Reply to this) (Thread from start) (Parent)

As my boyfriend and I were watching Utena, I kept waiting for scenes that would click for me about which in particular your icon came from. But looking back, Anthy has some wondeful (and terrifying) moments a plenty where her she's just in the background looking perfectly threatening, calm, imposing and utterly frightening (somehow).

Your icon means so much more to me now. So much more. ;u;
