well she is technically a mutant vampire because she has powers no newborn vampire should have.

i'm looking for the scans... but from what i recall, jubilee is able to do things no newborn vampire can do. she is stronger than a normal vampire, and has powers that only older vampires possess. such as turning into vapor/mist. its either due to wolverine's blood, or her mutant dna
