Just wondering, what would the Fallout series count as? I know people would say cyberpunk, but it's description specifically states it is 'set in an alternate universe where human technology has not reduce or minimize electronics to the degree that it has in similar stage of civilization in our timeline' (paraphrasing so bad...)

Basically, the entire idea of Fallout is the tech was inefficient, bulky, and not subtle or 'elegant'. You wouldn't find iPods before the nuclear fallout in the Fallout timeline because their tech never went to that stage.

I always thought cyberpunk meant more along the lines of say, The Matrix, so been wondering what Fallout would count as (aside from nuclear dystopian/apocalypse).
