I thought Chase's "gig" was keeping tabs on superheroes and villains, not trying to suss out their secret identities.

She's been assigned to find UD's before, Batman's specifically IIRC.

I remember that she tried to blackmail J'onn J'onnz by threatening to reveal his secret identities to the world if he didn't agree to spy on the JLA telepathically and hand over their IDs. Though she was under orders at the time, and felt bad about it towards the end of the storyline.
