She's the only one who made any sense without Morrison bringing in someone entirely new. Jezebel Jet was dead - And the only reason Damian claims otherwise is what he's 'been told'. Morrison never seemed to like the idea of bringing Ra's Al Ghul back. And Nyssa Raatko was dead before Morrison even started his run.

In terms of someone who knows Bruce best, has the resources to put together something entirely opposite to Inc, it's her. It also ties in pretty darn well to Morrison's original Batman run and Batman and Robin, especially the latter.

	Inc was put together because of something Bruce saw while traveling through time and previous stories suggested Bruce working against something established, so Leviathan should not exist to counter Batman Inc. 	Okay, fine. Regardless, Talia already had a group going that was distinctly not the League of Assassins back in Batman and Robin. She's been splintered off from her father's group for a long while. (Reply to this) (Thread from start) (Parent)
