I'm a little confused about where this book fits into DCnU. Is it part of continuity now? Sorry if I'm being obnoxious, I've been a it out of touch with the comic book world as of late.

There's a little disclaimer in the start of the book that it take place before Flashpoint 5 and the DCnU. So......they're finishing up the story! Yay? Yay!

Well, Bat-family continuity was relatively unscathed by the Flashpoint reboot, so I guess this stays in canon.

The male Batfamily continuity was relatively unscathed by the Flashpoint reboot. The girls, though... who the fuck know know, the only one who has a title has had some pretty contradictory hints as to her backstory.
