I like Booth's art. He's got a consistency going, and the series looks good on the whole, whereas other artists seem to peter out on some pages, and DC has already employed fill-ins on some titles not 4 issues in, which is a bad precedent.
Heck, I even like this grouping so far. Miguel is FUN! The only frustrating part is not knowing whether any of these characters' histories remain intact. I wouldn't mind if they were all fresh starts, but then why the tease of Bart's not remembering his origin? Or Lobdell's early interviews that claimed that this Superboy was the pre-Flashpoint one?

I wouldn't mind the art so much if the faces didn't have a tendency to go...weird. Sometimes it looks fine and then something happens to the faces and I'm sitting here going "wtf".

That said, Miguel is a delight and I really wish there were more cheerful, happy characters who enjoy what they do like him. I think that's why I like Jaime Reyes and his family so much.

The art's not a problem for me I must say. The notion that this is the first Teen Titans seems to be clearly established, which again makes me wonder what Dick, Wally and Roy were doing together back in the day (and not in the FUN way my mind wanders into sometimes when I pose that question)

The tone is great, very Young Justice ish. Art is wonky sometimes its great other times its sorta scary....like scary mouths and too tense.

The colorist got Bart's eye color wrong didn't they :(

I like how Kiran is channeling Starfire with the hair there. I'm hoping her powers change according to the moon so she swaps between this smoke form and the light form one we saw preboot. LOVE Cassie's muscles but I wish her top was a bit different, I feel she's gonna pop out.

Also see that they've removed the mid-section belts from Tim's costume. Cleans it ups nicely.

Cool that they kept Tim's red suit in canon. I guess the reason for it being all red has to be retconned though. Maybe it was in response to Steph's "death" instead?

I didn't notice at first, but yeah, they did. In a lot of ways, it looks a lot like what Tim was wearing with his old Red Robin costume, except for the domino mask and the wings.

to my surprise, and almost against my will, I'm enjoying this title, possibly because the interactions and humor remind me of the original YJ.

also, the character designs are better than I'd expected, which is a relief.

I can't decide if I like this art or not. It's like... I look at the overall composition and it seems rather nice, but then I see a facial expression that makes me seriously go wtf, etc. I do, however, definitely like Miguel in general. And the fact that Bart apparently goes through Tim's closet to borrow clothes, including old uniforms. (...Are we, however, going to see Kiran in a form embodying the summer solstice as well as the winter one, at some point, as she did pre-reboot? I hope so. Kiran with her pre-dcnu characterization and MIguel would totally be besties, I think, which would make me very happy.)

I don't hate this art style. Some of the facial expressions crack me up, and I find that overall it's kind of entertaining.
