Since Tim appears to coin the term out loud here, I'm guessing that whatever Dick and so did, they weren't the Teen Titans. Which makes this old fart of a fan slightly disappointed.

Yeah, it makes me wonder what they're going to have going on now with Dick quitting as Robin ... unless they're just going to call the old Teen Titans the Titans who transitioned to the more different Titans.

Yep--and Bette mentioned she was a member of it back in Batwoman--though that was probably written before the relaunch was even thought up. I also believe Lobdell has said that his original idea for it was written so it wasn't necessarily a heavy reboot, which I think still stands, but he's cleared up some stuff to have a little more of a blank slate with the characters he's writing.
