I want to try and like this series. I really do. It's got a lot of elements that I'd love.

Unfortunately, a lot of the costume designs are atrocious. Midnighter, specifically. I just can't get past all the stupid spikes. Especially the chin spike. I mean...what the hell, man? What the hell was wrong with his trenchcoat look? It was fine!
