I don't know, DC seem to have a better track record of this, and recently they seem to be making an effort to decentralise where all their superheroes are located (with them being in countries other than America), whereas recently Marvel seem to be moving all international heroes to the States to operate, eg Black Panther, if not erasing most of them entirely, eg. Captain Britain and Mi13.
