3. Catwoman sucking hard at the 'being a criminal' lifestyle.
4. Aeka interpreting all of this as foreshadowing a future encounter with Selina Jr.

Heh, I'm willing to bet at this point that Earth-2 Selina is Old DCU Selina with the crazy nun for a sister Maggie. (Hey, at least that would explain Helena wearing a gigantic cross on her costume).

I should probably get a Vic Sage icon at this point with text that reads "do you know what apophenia is?" :P

Next week a reprint of the trade containing Brubaker and Darwyn Cooke's run on Catwoman is released. I'm excited for that...

I can see that in terms of hair-style, skin tone, and the color of her outfit, but there are definitely enough differences to set her apart--unless Korra's wearing fishnets and goggles in pics I haven't seen and she's mastered airbending in a very unique way. :P

Correct me if I'm wrong, but "I've heard tell that it hurts more than childbirth" means she has no idea what the pain of childbirth is like. That say to me that the relaunch has retconned away her pregnancy.

Baby Helena being retconned out of continuity was confirmed by Winick LONG before the relaunch even started. :P

This is of course not taking into account the current Earth-2 Huntress. :P

Hmm...I'm trying to decide if the "sucks at being a criminal" thing is accurate, because we have seen her do some successful heists. It's what happens after the thieving that trips her up.

Considering all the blunders she's done since issue #1 and the fact that she's early in her career as Catwoman, I think it's a safe assumption that she's not yet the experienced cat burglar we previously knew her to be. Also Winick.

I love that her suit is apparently so shiny you can see the cops reflections in that one panel.

Cause seriously? That's practical stealth gear to wear. Also...how damn TIGHT is that suit to do that?

I've never heard that dislocating a shoulder is more painful then child-birth. Is that true?

If I were to wager a guess (not having had either happen to me), I would imagine that childbirth hurts more at the moment, but the pain of the dislocation stays even after it's popped back to place, so that might be why it's said.

I've dislocated a shoulder, and it hurt A LOT, but not so bad that I couldn't walk across a small field to get help. From what I've heard of childbirth, it can be much worse than that and it can be relatively painless (hard to believe, but that's what some people who've done it say!)

I'm a guy so I don't know how painful childbirth is but I can tell you that having dislocated a kneecap and popping it back into place is really painful.
