lack of sleep, even two days, can make you hallucinate... of course the Goddamn Batman can go without sleep for a month but it can contribute here...

You know, I always thought that "thirty minute meditation" thing actually didn't work that well, contributing to the flip-flopping of crazy and/or dickish behavior. The "message from the future" test he did on Tim to make him paranoid of all his Bat-allies, and that Tim should have seen though immediately because "time travel isn't possible"? That was the result of several months of meditation with no actual sleep.
