Batman fights scarecrow, scarecrow uses a new scare formula on him and then leaves.

Superman appears because he got a message from Wonder woman from last issue that batman needed back-up. But batman is tripping from the fear toxin and apparently a new formula of venom causing batman to buffed up.

Man, fanfiction has truly ruined me because I am sitting here thinking, okay, there's the hurt, now where's the comfort?

I'm just cracking up at any kind of Batman accusing someone else of being a "fascist control freak" (not that Bruce is responsible for Frank Miller's fantasies). And when I say "accusing" I mean "talking about himself".
