I don't want to downplay Lois' badassery here, but I'm a bit confused as to how the bullet, the torture and the whole 'Clark-as-hostage' scenario managed to overcome the whole... well, the whole 'Superman' thing, really.

Aww, don't tease Lois/Superboy team-ups to me, comic! Two of my favorite characters who rarely got to interact, and you tell one not to call the other.

Wow, Lois is quite... flexible in the third to last page. Like, really wow. And where do you get wetsuits that low-cut? She's looking kinda Power Girl there.

Hot. Dude in distress week was a great idea, I never before realized it was one of my kinks. Also, angry psycho badass Lois is way cooler than understanding girlfriend Lois - I can sort of see how the crazypants Lois from "Lois Lane, Superman's girlfriend" could develop into this nineties version of herself.

This was awesome - but when did Lois learn how to DO all this stuff? Did they handwave it as 'daughter of a general' passed on badassery, or was there a story where she actually got commando training? If so, man, I'd love to read that one. It's fun to see Lois kicking ass in a more physical sense.
