Who is this and why does she think she's Oracle. Is this DC's way of compensating, replacing one hero of minority status with another and hope we don't notice the difference?

This new character pretty much proves that Barbara could be able to walk and still be Oracle. (And have a Bad-ass large Bat-mecha/exo-suit she could pilot once and a while and be literally "the big guns" )

Ugh this is so boring otherwise. What is new and fresh about this at all?

Why is the hacker character's clothes more skin-tight than the supervillain's? I mean, one is wearing spandex and leather...and the other is wearing clothes that fit like a lycra bodystocking, except around the cuffs of her pants?

I get the artist is going for cheesecake, here...but can we make it logical cheesecake, at least? Maybe it's me, but it's distracting, especially the way her shirt appears to working like a full corset under her breasts somehow.

Those gloves are horrendous. Really? Piping (I ASSUME seams, but those are huge) along the fingertips? Must be a bitch when trying to fire HIS SIGNATURE WEAPON. And look at his goddamn arms. He only has braces on the OUTSIDE. That is the least archerly thing I have seen since... well, those gloves.

They seem to have fundamentally changed the entire structure of his face, not just shaved his MOST DEFINING FEATURE. Aagh.

Also hell, I don't know any of the names of the characters here at all, why is this so bland and forgettable?

Someone noted to me that he looks more like the Smallville Green Arrow.

I disagree. Look! Archery gloves! Bracers that also cover the inside of his forearm! He's actually designed like a goddamn archer! How hard is that to do? I-

I really miss Perez's inks - McCarthy is doing Jurgens no favours...and the change of colouring style (even though it's the same colouring team) isn't helping any, either.

See, this villain has the right idea: don't kill heroes when you don't have to, because all the other heroes will come after you. Except this is the nuDCU, where none of the heroes know or like each other, so no one would really care. But this was rarely observed in olDCU, where the heroes did know and like each other (or, not exactly "like" in GA's case, more like "barely tolerate"), so villains were always trying to kill heroes for the lulz. Yeah yeah, I know, if your hero solved every problem with "call Superman to do it," it would be really boring, but they should when it would really make sense.

I should cut myself off there, I've got a whole rant about this.
