Cover is up for the renumbered return of the series.

I think that it's cool, personally.

From here,

And in Legend of Korra news, apparently the older siblings of Tenzin, the JK Simmons-voiced son of Aang and Katara, are named Kya (after Katara and Sokka's mum) and Bumi (after Aang's only friend who survived the century he spent frozen). Which are kind of nice details.

More scans here,

I'm in the DC solely for the Bat titles. And this still looks good.

As for Korra, I am not viewing any spoilers. I want to be genuinely surprised when I watch the show.

You're in luck. They make up a full third of the 52 now, if you count stuff like Birds of Prey and Outlaws.

If this is leaning toward another 'wah wah Batbooks sell at the expense of the other books' argument - as it seems to be, I've heard enough of that one to last me a lifetime. Batman books sell. That they sell so much is the fault of the fans. When a fan opts to buy a Batman book over something else, they don't do so with the intent of killing another book, but DC does get the message that Batman sells.

Nah, nothing so dramatic. Just was doing counts of various 'families' and I noticed that.

That cover only reminds me that the yellow octave is gone again. Which makes me feel sad.. :(

It's a cool cover, to be sure, but it doesn't really scream 'Batman Inc." It's more like 'Batman & Robin'.

I dunno, the perspective from the sniper scope reminds me a lot of the traditional opening shot from the James Bond films, and that was definitely a vibe Morrison was using more in Incorporated.

If it makes you feel any better, I squee like a little girl, everytime I see stuff about Korra.

AT LEAST MORRISON IN A BATMAN BOOK! god damn, how difficult can be take obvious decitions at DC, now take a big check give It to Rucka and assign him Batwoman and while you are at that get Giffen to writte Blue Beetle again. And Hire new talent, and cancel 20 useless series, and drop dead... Ehh, drop prices, I mean drop prices..
