This is from the double-sized Web of Spider-Man #50, by Gerry Conway and Alex Saviuk.
The issue begins with paparazzo Nick Katzenberg giving J. Jonah Jameson photos of Spider-Man robbing millionaire Winston Walker's townhouse. Jonah is thrilled that he'll finally be able to expose Spidey as a fraud and a thief. However after heading to his apartment he gets knocked out by someone.

Puma attacks Spider-Man, saying that Spider-Man has dishonored him by being a thief, since he was indebted to him in the past. Spider-Man admits to robbing the townhouse but says he doesn't have time to explain it and swings away, unaware that he accidentally dropped a beeper during the struggle.
Meanwhile Rocket Racer and the Prowler both believe that Spider-Man is innocent, and and decide to team up to clear his name. They catch a man spying on Walker's townhouse and attack him, getting him to reveal that he was hired by the Silver Sable to beep her when Walker left his house.

Peter delivers the photos to Jonah clearing Spider-Man's name, but Jonah refuses to publish them, and he sets Peter's spider sense off. At the end of the issue it's revealed that the real Jonah has been captured by the Chameleon, who is impersonating him.
