I loved the "porcelain butterfly" look of Giffen's White Witch, and the limitation that Levitz put on her powers; they require effort, and time and ritual, and she can't guarantee that spell's she's prepared will be useful, or even work at all if she's not where they were cast. A few standard spells, but nothing phenomenally huge to provide and over-convenient deus ex machina power.
That said, the Black Witch is also a terrific look, and I like the idea of her absorbing and cleansing Mordru's magic slowly and gradually (it seems more in keeping with her approach than sudden "Zap-kazazzle!, everything's hunky dory again!"
And Mysa and Blok always were a cute couple.
