Last issue, we found out that Drusilla mysteriously regained her sanity. This issue, we find out how.

People come to her to get their trauma healed. She gets the Lorophage to suck it out, and in return they let her drink some of their blood.

Thanks to Drusilla's second sight, she also knows about Angel's plan to bring back Giles.
