And yeah I wish Eli had been there for the statue scene. But maybe it was suppose to show that only the other four were still going to be part of the team (if/when the team ever comes back) which is also really depressing

and who's to say the next arch will not involve bringing Eli back?

Because Marvel hasn't said anything about there being a next arc.
