IIRC There was a whole plot about her being pregnant by Hank Pym, except it maybe wasn't Pym, but his Skrull replicant. And then there was a plot about Osborn threatening to take her child for experimentation if she didn't go along with his plans (You can imagine how well that went down)

People were wondering how long comic time her pregnancy would be, and then they nicely subverted that plot by revealing that her cat-person physiology meant her pregancy had run it's course in two months instead of nine, and the baby had been born before between Stark losing his job as "Head of Everything" and Osborn taking it over, and had been hidden away with the other Cat-people.
