Inferior Man would appear to be the product of many authors and artist, but this creation was all the product of Al Jaffee.

Ha! Not surprising that even as early as '42, superheroes were already so ubiquitous and cliche that they could be lampooned.

Military Comics was published by Quality, wasn't it? I wonder if that means DC owns this guy now? Paging Grant Morrison...!
