This week in se-X-men.......

the fight against Professor Starblood does not go well, as Kitty, the Bamfs and even Krakoa (the 3rd) cannot take the guy down. Until Broo steps up and unleashes his inner fury.

The result: the bad guy goes down, but not without consequences.

Smooch!

I hope Kitty and Bobby grow up bit because of this relationship.

And poor Broo.... his innocence lost.

idc for bobby/kitty, but i liked this arc more than the first (and i liked kitty in this arc, i thought she was a bamf given the circumstances).

the concurrent stories (quentin & logan, school attack) made the whole thing feel really energetic.

also, galactus eats us all -

Eh, nature doesn't care. Mass extinctions only pave way for another evolutionary strains and so on. So trying to use evolution as the base of your argument of maintaining status quo just doesn't compute.

Not that I'm against conservation, protection of species, etc. Nature might not care, but people, me, do.

Exactly so. People annoy me with "nature likes a balance; all animals living as one" and I'm like "uh no, nature is perfectly fine with things devouring each other. Nature be totally impassive, yo."
