Okay, im afraid that since we're going with these new rules I'm gonna have to ask youth stick to them: a young justic clip that's unrelated to your scan is a noscans post waiting to happen. Quite a few homeless people have cellphones these days--makes it a lot easier to find temporary work, call 911 for emergencies, learn which shelters still have room, etc.
