I think the first account of using fantastic ineffable ingredients to craft an unique implement was the creation of the binding for Fenrir, the Wolf. Nice to see an updated version.

Which is amusing considering the guy doing the forging is named after a variation of dream, is in the dream dimension and has the exact same speechbubble layout as Dream did.
