I think Mantis can only use telepathy with those space trees she married into.

Moondragon was an Avenger, though not for long. And I don't think she's gonna be a part of this event.

Well if we're only talking about who's going to be part of this event Dr. Druid is off the table as well seeing as he's dead.

Dr. Strange likely could use magic to mimic telepathy though.

Strange has plenty of times in the past. Given that Illyana Rasputin can block even Xavier-strength telepathy, it's possible Wanda could do something about it too if she knows there's going to be a fight in advance.

Though without those two I guess even mediocre telepaths would be frighteningly effective against the rest of the Avengers.
