I tend to think of this era as Batman's awkward adolescence -- the artwork was getting a little more modern and realistic-looking, but the stories were still just as goofy as the stuff from the '50s. Very enjoyable, though, and you can see how the Adam West tv show took their cues from it.

Speaking of art: Although Bob Kane signed all the Batman stories, he actually worked on relatively few of them. Both of these stories were written by John Broome and pencilled by Sheldon Moldoff. Joe Giella inked "Secret Identities for Sale" and Sid Greene inked "Walk Batman...to Your Doom". ( www.comics.org is a good resource for credits on older stories)
