It's not Bruce's fault that Jason was violent and rash and got himself murdered! The kid didn't listen!Like every sidekick ever.
Except, of course, the Joker didn't murder Jason because of his personality flaws, the Joker murdered Jason because he's the Joker and he wanted to hurt Batman.
