I have been Debating wether or not to post anything from this series on here... mainly because its a digital download series and i REALLY want to encourage people to buy it. So i would feel kinda guilty posting anything about it... BUT these images showed up in TV Line http://tvline.com/2012/04/20/smallville-season-11-digital-comic-preview/ so i don't feel so bad :D

however, if I am breaking some unspoken "Smallville" "Digital Download" "BryanQMiller" Rule please let me know and i will take these down.

I'm liking the art, especially for Clark, though Lois' eyes are a little weird in the last panel. :)

I'm sure people will rip apart this comic like they did the show, not realizing that it really is an AU/Elseworld so there's no use getting your knickers in a twist. Frankly, the show could be frustrating but the comics can be just as bad if not worse, especially since the Reboot.

Clearly, the universe needs a reboot. Lois & Clark being in a happy relationship is far too unrealistic, and it will alienate potential new readers.

I like the idea that the S shield is really a shield - lead-lined to prevent Kryptonite bullets from striking his heart. I've never heard that before - has that been used in canon? (I know Batman's used the extra-armoured logo thing before, but never heard of it from Superman)

oh god... now i am picturing a comic that shows all the different times superman has been shot in the chest by kryptonite bullets... then pans out to show "our superman" reading smallville with a tear in his eye saying "Why didn't I ever think of that?"
