Didn't the Phoenix Force kick Galactus' ass last time they met? I keep hearing people talking about how Rachel when he still had Phoenix went around and fought Galactus and nobody thought the Phoenix Force was anything scary and dangerous back then.

At full strength the Phoenix can take Galactus. Of course right now it's been separated into a bunch of fragments. If I recall correctly, three fragments are still stuck in the Stepford Cuckoos who sealed their emotions to keep the Phoenix Force trapped.

I'm pretty sure all of the fragments that were spread out left at some point. Though the PF might still be a fragment of course, but I don't think the Cuckoos still got one.

Rachel, Korvus, and the Cuckoos all lost their fragments. It seems that the Phoenix is complete, or very near it. I actually heard one theory that Hope is just a fragment of the PF, though.
