We saw the preview earlier, and at times I can hear The Hangover movie theme playing in the background as I read this fun issue, and at times I hear "How do you solve a problem like Maria?"

Most of the versions I've read has it that Lancelot loves Arthur too much to run away with Gvuienvere but loves Guienevere too much to stay away (permanently, he tends to try) Gwen loves Arthur too much to just elope and Lancelot too much to let him go, and Arthur loves both of them too much to get in the way of the fact that they love each other.

Hence tragedy.

i think we're all reading differemt versions (i read le morte, the once and future king, and mists out of the really famous ones, ftr), because in the ones i read, i... don't really see that much love going around?

only in mists, and mists is complicated because arthur was into morgaine.

in TO&FK, arthur is mostly into his duty, and the drama rests more on lancelot/guinevere and elaine. gwen doesn't really gives a fuck about arthur, lance does in a twisted way. both are horrible people (imo).
