Got requests for more Jean and Wanda and more Jean and Wanda babies, so this was more or less inevitable.

I originally had Nate Grey in the third panel too, but then it got sorta space issue-y.

Wanda missed a lot of her kids' lives, seeing as they got all, I don't know, retroactively reincarnated? We know Wiccan has new parents and two little brothers we never see, but what about Speed? Does he have a family he got retconned into? Where is he living now that he's a fugative?

Anyway, Wanda missed a lot and being the mother of a teenager is a lot different from being the mother of a baby, particular if that teenager doesn't live with you.

And no, Wanda isn't going to turn the boys back into babies. But, speaking of Billy and Tommy being babies...

Really, Toad? You didn't understand that pregnant women gain weight? Particularly when they're pregnant with twins? Way to be a dick. I'm not going to feel sorry for you anymore when everyone kicks you around in WatXM.

This is also why I have trouble with the whole "Wanda just imagined the babies up" thing. She was, y'know, pregnant.

Man, been forever since I did a Superboys piece. I'm actually a big fan of Kon's new outfit, even if it is a bit evil looking.

I really loved the family dynamic that Superman had for about fifteen seconds. It sucks that status quo is God, because it feels like there was a lot more they could've done with the Super Family, particularly after Kon came back from the dead. (Also, how did they explain the fact that Lois and Clark's shiny new son just suddenly disappeared?)

Yeah, you especially can't live with them if you sell your marriage to the devil. Didn't know Peter got turned down by Mary Jane once before. Neat, they should've stuck with that instead having him miss the wedding.

I love how Peter's in the middle of that image full of attractive women with that shit-eating face, as if to say "And I was the nerd in high school! Fucking suck it, Thompson!"

Although Flash dated a significant number of those women too.

And one of them was married when Peter slept with them.

Let's see - Flash has dated Liz Allen, Betty Brant, Gwen Stacy, Mary Jane, and the Black Cat. Honestly, that's a bit creepy how much overlap is there.

This is why I never bought Marvel's reasoning that marrying MJ made Peter "too old" (because no one marries in their 20s anymore) or made him no longer the Everyman Marvel painted him as. Peter was never a real "normal" guy, he's a genius level IQ, has connections and frienships from everyone to the FF to the Hulk to Daredevil. As not only dated/lived with (even in Marvel's post-OMD continuity) a super-model, but has dated Ms. Marvel and Black Cat and pretty much every single girl he dated (excluding Carlie Cooper since I still have no idea what she's supposed to look like) is either an 8,9, or 10 on the gorgeous scale. Hugh Hefner would be jealous of Peter Parker. Peter is in no way like the normal average shmo even the current version. I wish Marvel would just give up on that line.

Absolutely. I absolutely agree. Peter's thing might've been that he was 'one of us' back in the high school days when Stan was writing him, but he's long since grown out of that. It says a lot that Marvel tried severing all his connections to teams and the like and yet Spidey's already back in with the New Avengers and has actually joined the FF. So.. Yeah. I don't buy Marvel's argument either. Plenty of comics fans are married, plenty more are in permanent relationships. Peter being the everyman of the MU carries about as much weight as any Marvel character being 'more relateable' than the competition over at DC, frankly.

I have many friends that married in their 20, people do that when they realise marring and having children are two way different things.

Peter is just another average joe, all that other things were done so he could be special instead of beign the street level hero he was.

Marring Peter was something that made him a little more everyman, instead of beign the "allways single" man. But I guess writers didnt want to write about marriage.
