What kind of person uses matches when the woman sitting across from her can discretely reduce the passport to ashes with a glare?

Someone who doesn't want anyone to wonder why a passport just spontaneously combusted in a woman's hand with no visible source of heat being applied?

I have more of an issue with them discussing/doing all this, and producing multiple passports, in a public restaurant, that's very bad black ops form. You want to do stuff like this, do it somewhere discreet like an apartment.
