I agree. It's lazy writing for the most part. Instead of having people act in ways consistent to their characters and justifying their actions they just have people dicking each other over to justify their fanboy wet dream battle royal.

Cap: "Killing that girl won't stop the Phoenix"
Wolvie: "Neither will hiding her"

It's Civil War all over again. A big fight over nothing.
