Human most of the time but with the power transform into a fiery alien form.

A few other hybrids didn't have the power to change back and are stuck in alien form.

There's also Gwen and Ben themselves, whose grandmother is a magical energy being.

Yeah, but at least the Anodites have been established to have the ability to change into a corporeal form (Gwen's grandma and Cousin both do this, and Gwen can change into her energy being form for a power boost.)

I mean, I think the implication from Alan's episode was that his father was a human plumber, which would make his mother a fire alien. But either way its kind of weird.
