In fairness, his death was memorable precisely because it was so unglamorous and ignominious, but it was a fairly noble death.

True. Still, I'd say his odds of surviving this story are likely 100,000,000 to one.

I just hope Vibe doesn't get the "Look at what a badass he is" hardsell Geoff Johns has been doing with Aquaman.

If he's not just being used for cannon fodder to be killed off, I think Vibe could be used well. I've seen him done well in the Johnny DC books, and if they got rid of the negative stereotypes surrounding his character when he debuted, I think something good could be done with him and that his character could be salvaged.
