you can just tell on the Cyberman's face that he has his electric loins set for "rapture" and it is making sure that part of his mind is set to "record".

Okay, I know next to nothing about Star Trek, but wasn't the Next Generation the one with Professor X and that psychic woman named after Wonder Girl, not Kirk and Spock?

Heh. Probably. But time travel's still involved, else the Doc couldn't meet both teams. ;-p

I guess he could technically have lived straight through chronologically, but the passage of time doesn't match.

For the rest of the day, I'm going to suddenly break into giggles on the street. People are going to think I'm batty, but then, they won't have the mental image you've just granted me.

This was a weird issue..

For at least half of the comic, pages and pages are wasted on a yawn fest Next Generation tale that bores the pants off you.. then it finally gets to the point where Picard's all..'You know what, why don't you try out my newest Dixon Hill adventure Number 1?" and so the characters meet the 11th Doctor and some fun interaction commences..

And then you get this teaser cover for the next issue that just blows you away!

I'm really not sure what to make of it now..but I'm cautiously optimistic now that Kirk gets to make an appearance..I hope the 4th Doctor's got Leela with him. That's too fun a pairing not to take a shot at!

Kirk trying to romance Romana (either of her) and discovering that she has absolutely no interest in him because, amongst other things, she's about a century older than he is and she has no interest in toyboys, could be fun.
